Nice room but it looks more of an apartment than an hotel

Staff helpful and polite. The hotel is in a quieter aerea in the Jewish quarter however full of restaurants around. Rooms very clean.

It was not an hotel but a room randomly allocated in a floor where it looked like people were living. I didnt like that at all

Charming room and friendly staff, great value for money.

The fact that it was located in a residential area, where you could feel the real Venice. The buffet breakfast and the attention to detail of the room and reception. The staff provide guidance to visit the best places in Venice.

A memorable holiday in Venice

Everything is extra clean: The room, linens, bathroom. Minimal yet good selections of buffet breakfast. Not to mention that the breakfast hall has a view of canal. Staffs are all polite, helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Good value for the money. Highly recommended.

The room is cosy and comfortable for two people. Also, the breakfast is nice. Many restaurants are near the hotel. The staff is really nice to answer questions and provide travel information.

we slept in room number 1, the room was clean, cleaned every day, but what was unpleasant was the noise from the corrido

a short distance from the bus and train station, approx. 15 min tucked away in the yard

the cold room had a functional air conditioner, which was supposed to heat the room, but it did not heat the room, possibly thanks to the very high ceiling in the room

Only twenty minutes from bus station, friendly and helpful staff, restaurants and store near to the hotel, clean rooms.

A little bit broken shower - the water was not flowing properly.

The bath shower didnt have a screen; hence a lot of water on the bathroom floor which was annoying.

Superb

Location was great in a slightly quieter part of Venice. The room was very clean and felt luxurious. We did self check-in because we arrived after 8pm which was very straightforward. Staff were very helpful and gave advice about what to do in Venice.

The walls were a bit thin and we were occasionally woken up by other guests or people above the hotel - it is the ground floor of a large building.
