Very good

Good breakfast and the stuff that was responsible for the breakfast was excellent. Also it was clean and near the rail station which was good for me.

Two months ago via the booking account of the hotel a security bridge was happened. And an attempt to get my credit card data. I hadn't clicked anywhere but still...I expected some gesture to be made for me because I kept my trust in the hotel and didn't complain. For example, after writing my exact arrival time several times, not to wait three hours for check-in. Or at least bottle of wine :)

Excellent and well be back! Only suggestion is to change the hot breakfast, egg wasnt great at all!

Extremely helpful and professional staff who assisted us when we got lost. Thank you Alessandro for being so caring and helping us find a restaurant when we arrived after all our delays!

A quiet comfortable hotel. the double rooms are a good size and bathrooms are updated Most of the front desk staff are very helpful and tried hard to understand my limited Italian Great noon check out time, luggage storage and several areas to sit, relax, read. I returned later in the month to stay another 2 days.......very close to the tram for the airport, train station, center city

I would have stayed several additional days (available rooms online) but was not encouraged to do so by one of the desk staff. Additional information in the room, on the spa, gym, that coffee was available at the 'bar' etc would have been helpful.
