superb hotel, would definitely return. Food choice fantastic especially a la carte. Hotel spacious without being too big. Inside pool outstanding, lots of outside areas with different ambience. ability to order from sun lounger using app great. The cakes in coffee shop delicious

Superb

High Quality All Inclusive Resort with superb private beach area

Food is of very good quality both in main buffet and restaurants. Swim up room semi-private pool was really nice and big (50m+) which allowed for early and late night swims. Private Beach area is really good, sunbeds of very good quality with a lot of space between sunbeds. Drink service to the sunbed via QR code is really good. Very nice place to run with a pleasant 5km seaside route to Side and back.

The only anoying thing is the lack of policy for sun bed "reservation" (and the reason for not giving a full 10). The hotel should definitely forbid booking sunbeds, and should remove the towels if unatended. I saw guests booking sunbeds at the pool as early as 6:30am (I often went for a run early morning) and leaving them unatended for most of the day. There are times throughout the day that roughly 60-70% of sunbeds are unocupied and "booked". No wonder there are never sunbeds available. Please note that this is mostly true at the pool, I never had issues at the beach where there is staff taking care of allocation. IMO there should be more wine choice included. There is just 1 red and 1 white wine included and this was the only extra we sent during our stay in order to have different wines.

The food was fantastic and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants. They all had different feels as well. The pool was the highlight; the toddler pool was 40cm deep and PERFECT for our 2.5 year old. The sunbeds round the toddler pool were in the shade until 12:30pm which was great to keep little ones cool. The hotel is SPOTLESSLY clean; they work very hard. The outdoor seating areas are lovely. The bar-staff round the pool keep coming round to check if you want drinks. Maison Plage (open all day) has a huge menu of choices which changes for dinner. Beautiful views from there. Aircon is great. Ice cream/patisserie is amazing and open all day. Staff were so lovely to us. Beach sunbeds are great with double beds at the back. Food at 'Safran' is incredible. Buffet restaurant is huge and extensive. Bedrooms are lovely; we didn't see any need to upgrade because the standard room is to such a high standard.

The beds were very comfortable but the duvet was too small for the bed. King size bed with a standard double duvet (it didn't hang over the edges; v small). We didn't leave the hotel because it's not in a very nice area. You don't know this/see this when you're in the hotel but rooms on the side look over quite ugly buildings/houses. Walking down the boardwalk along the beach isn't nice; ugly buildings around. If you're in the left wing facing the beach there is a VERY loud bar on the beach which we hadn't seen anything about in the reviews. We had to move rooms. The right wing was much better but you can still hear the evening entertainment until 10/10:30.

Extremely good quality food. Very near to Side Historical City, walk 2km east and you will find one of the most amazing ancient city you can ever seen. Everything is perfect.

Need to improve the Free Sparkling wine and Whote wine quality.

Probably the most luxurious place in Side/Manavgat.

Food was great. Super hospitable staff. Loved the pool and facility overall was clean and well maintained. The gym was adequate for what it is. Location was great and walking distance to shops etc. For cabs/taxi, dont walk up the hill, just ask front desk to call you one and save yourself the uphill walk. AC was ice cold.

Zero complaints if I am honest. Will be back for sure. Wish elevator had air conditioning.
