We enjoyed staying at the hotel

The hotel is overall great, really nice and spacious. Everything was working well and I really like the elevator system :) The complimentary coffee and snack in the morning for those who had no breakfast booked is a really nice touch. The staff is super friendly which is probably normality in Denmark

The bathroom had sone stains on the floor and the door holder seemed to be broken. Also the bathroom is separated from the room with glass which reduces a privacy especially is someone is not a couple :/

Loved the hotel and the location. Short walk to the Fields mall and easy to navigate the travel around the city with metro and bus that are nearby.

They accommodated a pet which was good. But no special treats or services for the pet as in many other hotels for the extra fee.

Expensive hotel but the services provided did not impress. No minibar, no tissues, for teapot had to find plugging place, regardless of ventilation room air got stuffy, some wall fixtures looked worn out. The surroundings is industrial zone. Lots of parking space available but it is expensive. The brand Marriott is not providing for its brand here.

Didn't meet Marriott expectations

Modern vibe

Houskeeping never changed our sheets or added towels. We stayed for 3 night, even when we put option on the door to do so. During check in I said I wanted to pay all up front, to make faster check put. Yet during check out, they started explaining pre-approval procedures and how is it done. Mattress protector on the bed was moving and it wasn't best sleeping experience. Area to stay, for less money Ibis Styles would do the job, and it is exactly next to the metro station.
