Bad experience staying in a good review hotel. Feeling cheated!!

I love the location near to waterfront

So many things actually but the most bad experience was the Hotel staffs were not attentive and helpful at all. We rented 3 rooms..one of it was on the 1st floor with 3 single beds. The toilet in the room leaking and water went out to the bedroom area. We called counter and housekeeping to send someone to check and clean the mess but none of them came up till the next day and until we checked out!! We pay full for our 3 nights 4 days accommodation but due to many unsatisfying issue we checked out the next day on 28/12.. the lady in the counter promised me will update me re: the refund that she took my bank acct No but until now no one update me!! Not enough towel that we have to buy our own with reason hotel was full!! And I don't think they changed the bedsheet it was dirty .. bellboy just took a glance not helping at all when he saw us with our luggages. This is my worst experience ever staying In a hotel with good review!!

Passable

Location - is near the waterfront and plenty of eateries around. Relatively near the airport too - around 20-30mins travelling time depending on traffic conditions. Cost me around 12RM to get from the airport to the hotel Generally quite clean and decent - provided soap, towels with TV and fridge, some hangars to hang your clothes

1. Walls and floor are quite thin. I could hear my neighbours iphone alarm ringing. 2. Initially booked for a night, then tried to extend another night. Told us we couldnt stay in the same room as somebody else has booked it. Fair enough. Tried to find us another room (fair enough) - but then gave up a room with no windows and was not upfront about it.

Disappointing

Stayed here 1 night as other hotels were fully booked

The location

The room not being sound proof so we heard lots of ramming from motorcycles and drunk people shouting. The breakfast was bare minimum and we had to ask for it to be topped up.
