Great host, location, value and breakfast

Great welcome, was able to check in early. Street parking and was provided with a permit. Very clean throughout including the shared shower room and toilet. Really nice cooked breakfast. Very good value for money. 15 min walk into city centre.

Value for money guest house.

The booking offer price of 45 was very reasonable at the time. The breakfast on offer was 7.00. The room had a very good air con / heater. The TV worked fine.

Shared bathroom and toilet but I was aware of this option.

Excellent value for money in a great location.

Breakfast was great, welcome was very helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Location was great for my need. Overall great value for money.

Great place for a quick visit. Spotlessly clean room.

Great location near the station for a one night stay and friendly owner. Spotlessly clean room and plenty of space.

Really minor points here, but the mattress dipped so you'd end up rolling towards the edges, and the towels were really small, so it was a good job we brought our own one for showering.

Excellent!

The landlady was great! Stood outside to show me where it was. Five minutes walk from railway station. Very reasonable price. I would definitely go there again.

Nothing really. All good, very private and comfortable.
