Would really benefit from a deep clean and declutter, especially the really extensive off-putting bird mess in the windows Our room although quirky was in need of a deep clean especially the bathroom Noisy at night

Property's interior and location was very impressive.the kitchen cooked food was good too

However, The Bed mattress didn't work for me. it wasn't very comfortable. As too soft to sink in..

Staff were fantastic and super helpful, room service was also very good (although) delivery was a little slow.

The swing seating

continually asking us to pay our bill even weeks before we arrived. The emails and texts from this company asking us to pay varying amounts of the bill. When I emailed why, given the booking was secured via a credit card I received no response other then continual requests to pay. I had to go over the venue on arrival to india where they explained it was necessary but not why it was necessary! I have never experienced this in booking.com before. Unprofessional organisation. Perhaps this is how home stay organisations in India work ? I can confirm I have never experienced this with hotel bookings in India

One time stay

Overall, the decor is nice and rooms are spacious.

There is no restaurant inside the property. They order the food from some local restaurant. No parking space available. We had to park our car in some emply plot besides the property, at our own risk.
