Bed bugs + unreasonable management

The location was the best thing about this hotel. Secondly the food was good and well priced.

Each room was dirty. First room had blood stains on the sheets, the second room had a broken AC and bed bugs! The third room offered to us was the best room they had but even that was dirty and the AC was blowing hot air. We had to settle for a room which only had a clean bed as it was so late at night and we couldnt go anywhere due to being new to rajkot. Management refused to set us right with a worthy discount after the horrible experience we had. They offered us 10% off our stay which is absurd as they had bed bugs and absolute filth in their rooms. I would recommend you do not stay here - I seriously suggest you take into account the 6.6 rating, it should be lower if Im honest.
