Very often we miss some food or drink from the menu. We miss some space (shelves) for our cloths and other things. All the time everything in our suitcases.

The room was clean

1. The room was poor in sound proofing, during night time (10pm start), walking and kids running sound from upstair can listen in the room, the poolside users also create a lot of noise. And 2am morning, the birds start chirping.. whole night cant sleep 2. The room lack of facility.. only got 2 plug socket, no tv in the room. 3. Breakfast so so only 4. Staff is good and friendly

Pros & Cons

Good services from staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff is very hospitable and friendly. The location is not very convenient, as it's need to go up a very steep hill even for vehicles. Walking is possible but will become a chore and it's like hiking. So need to book a car or motorbike which adds to the cost of staying at this hotel. They charged too much for a 10min call for 20RM when we asked for help to make an emergency call overseas. They also overcharged for an IKEA cup that cost only 10RM and charged us 20RM even we accidentally broke 1 cup. Also they don't have a fridge in the room. Room is quite small
