Check in and out is convenient, instructions are sent via text or WhatsApp. Room was reasonably comfy.

Hygiene could definitely have been better, especially in the shower, there was so much hair in there that it wouldn't drain. Also, there is quite some noise from airplanes flying over, and the walls are thin.

There were very strict rules but no enforcement for the guest braking them. This resulted in broken nights and bad sleep. There were also cockroaches

Lovely family and a definitely a peaceful stay!

Given excellent privacy in my bedroom. and also outside in the front yard. They had 2 lovely garden chairs to enjoy the birds and flowering trees.

Personally, I prefer to live alone rather than roommates, but Yvette was very kind, social and so was her grandson. They occasionally made me coffee. They were welcoming and it was peaceful.. Im new at the AIR BNB coulture. Worth the experience!

Very nice large room and nice property condition, good amenities like TV etc.

Shower could be more high pressure and the instructions for entering the property could be made available sooner although they were clear once provided.

The house was clean and pretty inside.

It was not able to close the door of the bathroom, which was very unconvenient. It was also very noisy since we could hear everything what the other guests were doing including them going to the bathroom. Also, there was the option missing to drop our suitcases and not to being forced to carry around in Miami.

Exceptionally friendly owner whose descriptions perfectly guided through the self-check-in. Deposit was refunded shortly after check-out. Parking was available directly in front of the house. Way better value for the money than the other places we stayed at in Miami.
