The Z Ocean has fallen off considerably. It needs major updating for the price they charge.

The cost was too high for what was provided. They didnt have any wash cloths or towels and there were random people sleeping in the lobby. I didnt feel safe. The rooms need updating, the tile on the floors were chipped and the baseboards were messing sections in the bathroom. The gym equipment was old I wouldnt recommend staying here.

The layout, the customer service

The cleanliness of the room it appeared as if it was not really cleaned Just change of linen. Floor was dirty, when I moved the ottoman there was spots it looked to be covering. As well as the tv stand that divides the room from living room had like a stained spilled drink that look like no one attempted to wipe.

Elegant and modern!

I really like the way the front desk staff are so attentive to all of your needs. They even learned my name and would call me by name when they would see me in the lobby. The housekeeping staff are very friendly as well and do a wonderful job of freshening up the room. The pool is a little small at the facility so if you are going for the pool I would definitely suggest you use a different pool than the one at that Resort.

The pool was small and outdated.

We were there 4 nights 5 days and asked each day to have our room cleaned and new towels and each day they say they're coming immediately and never showed up. But showed up knocking on the door 9am the morning we were checking out.

Not worth the money. Felt like I was at a cheep motel.

Good location close to everything Staff was nice friendly.

The elevators were broken 3 of the 5 days I was there. The room was dirty. House keeping only made the bed and left The bathroom and floors were not cleaned. They had no wash rags we had to use small towels to shower. The towels were hard and stained. The sheets on the bed had dirt stains. When I asked for house keeping to clean the room no one came. Housekeeping only came in the morning to make the bed and left. They didnt empty the trash. Chairs and tables by the pool were broken and rusted.
