Very Average Services but highly Overrated

Property is well maintained

The buffet spread is very boring and monotonous and tastes very bland. Services are also very poor, it takes a hell lot of time to reach you. If you serve food and ask for simple phulka by the time phulka will be served your main food gets cold...lots of other issues too.

The property is extremely good, and the facilities available are great. Check in was smooth. The property is well maintained and clean. Great for a family vacation.

Access road to the property needs maintenance. The biggest let down was the staff. Not at all the level we expect from a 5 star property. Some of them were pretty rude as well. They were not able to manage the sudden surge of guest volume. The most depressing was the staff at the restaurant Aparanta. Breakfast time was chaotic to say the least. I even provided my feedback at checkout, and was assured that they would look into it immediately and was even assured a call back from Mr. Vishal Kapoor (as I had requested his mail ID to provide my feedback on mail).

If we forget the details - not bad but could be much better.

food at breakfast(included with room) and dinner(paid extra) was below expectation. Room though large as booked, was not clean with dust and webs under bed and tables - that we saw in the morning.

4 phone calls made to the property to confirm hotel facilities and arrival time and check out times were not responded to. We arrived 4 hours after the checkin time but were told late checkout is not possible but after showing the phone logs to confirm that the hotel did not respond to our queries....the hotel agreed to 30 minutes of time for late checkout as a special favor. The hotel mentioned that they did not have any facility for stay of drivers when specifically asked but we were informed by our driver Anmol that other drivers stayed in complementary dorms at the property.

New year Gala preparation which has cause, labour and other event staff roaming around villa area and lots of disturbance cause by there voice and other work around. Really spoiled 2 last days stay. Wish if they could have close their lawn area booking due to gala event. Really disturbing and disappointment!!

Stay was decent but definitely not worth the price.

Property is quite old, not at all value for money! They didnt give us a warm/ humble welcome. We had gone for the stay for our first anniversary but werent made to feel special even one bit. Also, it would be better to book directly from the hotel website than using booking.com, coz we saw more perks by making a direct booking through the radisson website. Booking.com did not make sure to communicate our special requests to the hotel, which we found very unfair.

Not much to explore in the sense of activities/ facilities. So many better properties for much much worth value for money!

Great place, good facilities, food sucks!

Great property with excellent recreational facilities and good quality equipment and in sufficient quantities.

The food menu and variety was extremely limited and could have been significantly better. We unfortunately took a full board package and hence got stuck. We were there for 2 nights and experienced 2 lunches and dinners - they were the same menu both days and the taste was also a 2 out of 5. Management needs to do something about this. Even ala-carte was not any better.
