The conveniently located 99 Bonham offers spacious rooms and bathrooms that stand out among other Central Hong Kong hotels. While slightly outdated, the furnishings and facilities are comfortable. Th (Read More)e large window offers glimpses of primarily grey building scenery. The staff is generally okay but lacks a welcoming attitude. Maintenance activity in the lobby caused inconvenience, and no apology was given. The location is great, being close to MTR and ding ding stations, with tall buildings and city views. The rooms could be cleaner and have a more hotel-like vibe. Overall, a good experience.

Great location near restaurants and the Pier.

It's in good location surrounded with restaurants and near the Pier.

Our room smelled like ammonia--cleaner when we walked in. I also asked for our two rooms to be connected but they couldn't accommodate us with that request. The 2nd room was on a different floor.

Ideal place if you would like to discover Hongkong Island per foot and stay in an atmospheric area

Hotel's location is top: tube station, restaurants, cafs and interesting local shops in walking distances. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful

As the hotel does not offer any breakfast facilities it is rather a serviced apartment with a reception than a hotel. So do not expect an atmospheric lobby to feel good and stay, but a reception hall with friendly staff who will assist you competently when addressed. Room rate for the standard suite is slightly overpriced for such a small facility and beds in the standards suite are definitely too small for two adults if you are not on honeymoon. We therefore had to order an extra bed which was charged per day with a hefty daily rate.

Great location and relatively inexpensive for the area.

The room was larger than we expected and the location was very good. It is quite near the subway and the piers and close to some good restaurants. (No restaurant on the premises.) The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very nice. The Nespresso machine was also a nice touch.

The bed sagged toward the middle and the mattress was quite hard. The linens were nice, though. There was a severe lack of available electric outlets. The only outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the others were taken up by the room's lamps, TV, etc. The only outlet we could use for hair-drying, etc., was in the dark hallway with no mirror.

Location is great, staff are pleasant

The facilities were pleasant. However, it wouldnt do any harm to place some complimentary fruit or snacks in the rooms, considering that there is no F&B facilities. This is a serviced apartment, not a hotel.

The room is huge compared to Hong Kong accomodation. The room is new, clean and very nice views. It is well located very near the MRT and next to the Hong Kong island center. There is a shower you can use after the check out.

Disappointing

Fine for one night - if Id been longer would have moved hotel

I chose it because its near Soho House where I was having a meeting.

Room was fine - but there are zero facilities at this hotel. I mean nothing apart from the room.

Very good

Overall good, though quite expensive, though I guess that's just typical for Hong Kong - Staff were nice and helpful - Location is good - Bed and pillows very comfortable - Big smart TV

- Kitchenette could have been better equipped, would have liked a knife and fork - Shower was fairly clean but could have been a little cleaner
