exceptional boutique hotel chain. I loved my staying in Munich but also have been in the 25 hours of hambourg and Vienna an Frankfurt and i loved all of them ! greqt job 25 hiurs :)

Super convenient to train station, very cool hotel, amazing value, room was too hot but that was the only slight issue, otherwise loved it and will look out for this hotel in other locations!

The property was so well decorated and so well cared for. The staff was incredibly helpful and so kind! We loved the free minibar and the extras like the canvas bag and reading material. The rooms were so quiet. The sauna was so comfy and cosy!

Could have been better

There was an excellent restaurant attached. Central location comfortable bed. Good central heating.

Stale odour. Poky rooms. Difficult to find the hotel and to see the entrance especially as we were looking for Royal Bavarian Hotel. It should have been 25 hours Hotel!! No chairs to sit on. Shower head needed to be hand held. The hand wash is in the bedroom area. The window looked onto an inner square.

Superb

Trendy hotel near the train station

The room was big enough and modern, the bed was comfortable. Overall the hotel seems quite trendy. The staff at the reception was very nice.

The location is not the prettiest, but for us it was very practical, because it is super close to the train station. So if you need a place near the train station, this is the place to be.

Excellent location, lovely eclectic hotel with very good reception staff

The room was lovely. The bar and lounge were also very nice and lively in the evening. Sauna was very good and open for a reasonable time. The staff at reception were very helpful.

Housekeeping was poor. Originally asked for no housekeeping which seemed to confuse things. When asked for a refill of the free mini bar it came but they didnt remove the dirty cups, yet did the bin. They gym dont meet expectations, although the stall bars were good. My expectations may have been a little high due to the pictures.

A disaster. A hotel with no redeeming qualities for comfort, amenities or location.

I was booked for 3 nights and left after one night. Per the staff this hotel is for business travelers who spend a short time and need no amenities. That's good for them because there are no amenities. The room has no chair. Reason is it's too small for a chair. There is no luggage rack. There are two small three legged stools to balance your luggage on. The washbasin is next to the bed. Definitely not appealing. The only flat surface is an 8 inch shelf on top of what is meant to be an imitation ironing board. It's the only piece of furniture. When I laid down on the bed it felt like it wasn't level. My head seemed lower than my feet. There's a reason. The bottom corners of the bed were held up by stacks of books!! Seriously. Stacks of books! No wonder why it wasn't level! There is no lobby, The bar is a dark room w/ loud music. The entire area around the Hauptbanhof is a serious construction zone. Staff mentioned people staying in the front of the hotel complained about the noise. My room was on one side of the hotel and that also was where a building was being torn down w/ large noisy equipment. Work started before dawn. Definitely a clinker of a hotel. I would not stay in any 25 hour hotel after this overpriced disaster.
