Good location, very friendly owner/employee prepared fantastic omlet for breakfast!

Very old design/furniture which looks like a dirty place. Hard to find. Very cheap so expect what was paid for.

Disgraceful

It was a squalid dump. Nothing was as advertised. Even the stairs up to the windowless room we're dangerous. What purported to be a balcony was a dark concrete area that was full of cigarette ends that smelt. Second worse hotel I've ever stayed in. A disgrace.

Pleasant

Location was good within walking distance of all major sights. The host was very kind and helpful and provided a good breakfast. He also arranged Tuk Tuk to train station on last day.

The accomodation does require some improvements and the photos shown were obviously taken a long time ago. If staying for 1/2 nights it is fine and a good base.

Nicest host ever

The host. One of the nicest Sri Lankan people you will meet. Let us keep our bags in the room as we were very early. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room. The host arranged a tuk tuk and came with us to the station to ensure we didn't get scammed. Shower had hot water. Room was very spacious. Nice bakery underneath.

Basic room, but has everything you need. Ideal for 1 night for the price.

Nice stay!

The owner was super kind and helpful. He lent me a knife to cut fresh fruits I bought. The room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was so good.

Great value for money with kind host

We had an amazing stay with by far the sweetest host who prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning and helped us arrange transportation, gave great recommendations for sights around :) Very clean room and great value for little money. Really appreciated the hospitality!

Best place I had for that money in Sri lanka

First at all, the owner of this hotel was the friendliest person I have met in Sri Lanka :) he gave us tips for everything, helped us with choosing the right bus and the right place to Stay. He even draw a description for us how to get to the target :D Then I also added some pics of the hotel. It's old but he cleaned the room Very well you get a super hot shower with a good waterpressure. The AC is also working as it should be and the breakfast was also top notch :) So for that price you receive more than you should get at this price range :) Would totally go there again :)
