Very good

We stayed in room 21 which was immaculately clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace was such a nice added touch. The shower had great hot water but needed to wait awhile for the pipes to warm up. The breakfast and happy hour wine and snacks were delicious and the main house had two cozy seating areas to enjoy while eating.

Our bed was quite firm but not terrible.

Very good

This was a great B&B just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the Downtown Mall.

Great location. Every parking spot had an EV charger that we used at no extra cost.

The HVAC unit in the room was very noisy and the bathroom was cold. The room where breakfast was served was rather small for the number of guests.

Disappointed in our second night.

We liked the location and the staff were quite friendly. They helped give us good tips on restaurants nearby.

The toilet broke in our room the first night and we were forced to move to a much smaller room without a fireplace even though we had paid and were charged for a more expensive room. Our room on the second night was small, dark, and uncomfortable. I felt that night we were overcharged when their facilities broke.

Stayed here because it was close to Lane Stadium and the price was reasonable. Will stay here again.

Location was close to and within walking distance of the downtown mall. Did some shopping and went to dinner on Friday night. While walking back to our room, had the Va. Tech football team drive by in their buses.

Really found nothing not to like. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice.Had conversations with several of the other travelers and they seemed to be enjoying their stay also.

Very good

A step back in time to stay in at the Inn. Lovely! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Having some restaurants within a block of the Inn that you could walk to was great after a long day of driving. Also hiked to the downtown area the next morning, however shops there don't open until quite late in the morning and we had to get on the road. The Monicello plantation we thought well-worth seeing and is only 20 minute drive.

Amazing BnB close to everything with great staff, food and service

Breakfast was so good, and would be toddler friendly! (quiche, fruit, wheat, pumpkin, seasonal breads, with laughing cow cheese, avocado spread and peanut butter, yogurt, granola). Front desk staff was amazing. So close to everything! We were in room 15 (in the cottage), and ready for the train to be too loud - but it wasn't that bad. Can't wait to come back and use the outside fire and facilities!

The bed could have been a little more comfortable.
