Exceptional and would highly recommend to anyone who is look for a relaxed atmosphere!

Everything was perfect! Anne the GM was friendly and engaging and greeted every guest every single day! Staff anticipated our needs and remembered our preference, the command of English was good! All well trained!

Unlikely to return. Not exclusive to hotel guests. Grounds were dirty and messy.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent concierge and great customer service/support. The restaurant was very good for evening meals although breakfast was not great. The cocktail bar with the live pianist was fantastic.

The blinds are not blackout and lights on pathways shine in, however, staff attached sheets to windows when informed. The pool area was dirty and uninspiring. A wedding reception and the guests took over the area on one day and it was mayhem! Hotel Guests had nowhere to sit and couldnt use the facilities. This was terrible management.

the room was nicely decorated, staff was nice (Ray the butler was amazing)

too expensive when you compare with other hotels and what you get. breakfast variety is a shame, staff is not properly trained (it started when we arrived with our luggage and they asked what could they do for uswe werent told a private event was held in the garden, two staff came to tell us different things our room was ready and a few minutes later it was not, weve been asked if we wanted another cocktail when we just received one, received our drinks while almost finished with breakfast) lights are not the same in the garden and agressive for your eyes. thats too bad because trees are not shown enough, its just bad lighting. the garden/lounge chairs are bad quality, same for pool loungers. some rooms patios views are in the common area. the stairs in front of the old house are hideous. you have sofas available but they are not well exposed. the exterior design just doesnt make sense. we had a previous stay at Raya Heritage hotel and it was exceptional on every aspect and for almost half the price.
