I requested to have my room side by side my children, I believe I was ignored because not a word to say it considered the request or not.

Superb

Stylish stay in South Beach

The rooms are considerable in size and stylishly decorated. Three different pool areas as well as various restaurants provide for variety. The gym is gigantic and we appreciated the hotels efforts with regards to sustainability (e.g. in room access to drinking water).

Overall its my favorite hotel in Miami! Expensive but so worth it!!

Stunning views. Great staff and food. Staff always trying to get you the best seat available at the pools and will let you know if a better one comes up. At check in they accidentally assigned me to a room that was not ready, but quickly assigned me to an even better room that was bigger and with a balcony and added $100 credit to my account for the inconvenience. They also were able to check me in like 3.5 hours early which was super appreciated! They also bring your bags to your room for you.

They didnt show you where all of the amenities were so you kind of had to navigate it yourself. It would have been nice to have a map or guide to know so I could have tried more!

The room is very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly. Location is great, easy walking to restaurants. Views is awesome.

Make sure you want a party hotel... for peace and calm, avoid.

Spacious modern rooms, helpful staff, and the most incredible gym I've ever seen in a hotel

The 'Sea view' room description is very cheeky... yes we could see a small section of sea, but we were behind the pool even, it was maybe 70% roof, 25% pool, 5% sea view. And the problem with being that side of the building is that the music from the beach restaurant is very loud until late, at least on a Friday and Saturday. The elevators are always slow and rammed with outside guests going to the rooftop bar and pool.
