Room and Toilet were clean; Not far from the main attractions of Delhi

Next to my bedroom there was a shared bedroom and its door was too noisy, I could hear during the night when someone was opening; There is no window in the room; On the day I arrived, I was in the common area laying while waiting for the check-in time, more people were there as well. A bit before 7am someone arrived, turned on the lights and put a loud music. It felts disrespectful since it was still too early and we were resting in there.

Cute lobby.

Zero amenities.Several cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom.Worst view from the window.Dirty floor, dirty towels, dirty bed linen.Really noisy.Super short bed.The receptionist tried not to give us change.Zero daily housekeeping.

Very good

Right next to the New Delhi railway station. I stayed in a private room and it was quite neat. The hostel also has a in-house cafe.

The room was a bit too small and lacked ventilation. The streets outside are always crowded as it is close to the railway station.

Superb

Meet Exceptions.

The stay was quite good, as I already have quite good experience with Zostel. rooms and staff are also very good in terms of hospitality manners. The location is also very prime and accessible to other places.

Though to get bookings here, as most time are fully booked.

Border line harassment by the people at the reception at the time of checkout.. The cleaners dumped by shampoo and body wash in the dustbin right in front of me Rude behaviour by the room managers too..
