Very expensive for the client services it offers

Location close to the train station (but far away from the center) and clean.

The man receptionist in the morning is very rude. He didn't pay any attention when we arrived at the hotel and he ignored us during our accomodation. We mentioned at the hotel that the curtains did not close well and the light in the morning was coming through but they didn't do something to help us. The woman receptionist is very kind.

Excellent location, a clean and well maintained hotel.

The location is a 10 minutes walk from piazza maggiore. The staff were friendly and informational. The rooms were clean, cozy and renovated. All in all I was very satisfied.

Convenient but old

Not far from the station and it is old fashioned classic. The staff is polite.

A little bit old facilitates and not cleaning the dust.

Nice hotel with nicely appointed rooms (beautiful bathrooms). The breakfast was also excellent and worth the price. The most convenient feature was the hotels location near the main train station. If you walk thru the train terminal to the very north end to exit to the street its literally a block and a half walk to the hotel.

Great location and clean but very out dated rooms and poor customer service.

The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is near the Centrale station.

The staff didnt seem happy to work there. They provided necessary information but no smile. We didnt feel welcome at all. The room is very old fashioned and shower is small. Annoying how you keep bashing the shower handle when having a shower and switches the shower off. No complementary water either. The hotel is very outdated and the first room photos are misleading.
