Very good

My stay at Yotel was very comfortable and relaxing, I will definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and modern. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Also it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit in the city.

We thought the lift was a bit small but still not too bad. Overall there are no complaints.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location was great.

WiFi was terrible. Took ages to connect and then would drop out regularly. The lighting around the TV would turn on and off at random through the night. Only one power point bedside. Light switches were all at the door.

No kettle, shower and toilet not very private. Far too many windows to deal with blinds. Lights go odd if you dont move enough, no way of controlling other than getting up and going to front door. Had to wait for the sensor to shut down at night for the lights to go off to sleep! Person in one side of bed has zero surface to pop a drink down. Tv not at end of bed so not really able to watch it comfortably. Fire alarm went off in early hours, I believe this is frequent. I will never stay here again.

Only the cleanliness and cleaning stuff.

Room was extremely small and there wasnt any tea or coffee served. In Edinburgh Yotel, there was a place to sit and chill and have free tea and coffee. Therefore, we were quite disappointed. Also, the people who were staying next doors were very loud. When we went to reception to complain there was no one there. Lastly, something was wrong with the tv it was opening itself in the middle of the night which caused us to wake up so many times.
