Very good

Lovely host, most welcoming and helpful. It was at a walking distance from the old town, cozy place. It was very cheap and it is for sure more than you can expect at this price

I arrived 2-3 hours before the checkin so I could just drop off my bag, but the family was so kind and prepared my room in 15mins and offered me water and fruit while I waited. The room was spacious enough, with everything you would need for a stay. You could also borrow bikes for free. You had several restaurants nearby and the ancient town it was like 10min by walk.

Nice little family, nice room

The family that lives in this place is absolutely adorable, particularly the grandmother she even gave us an umbrella when it rained. The room is really nice, you have hot water, a huge comfy bed and an AC as well as plenty of storage. The Homestay is a bit further away from the Old Town of Hoi An, but that means you're very 'locally' situated and away from all the sellers and buzz, which is super nice! There are also plenty of laundry services around and a few mini marts as well as Cafs (if it's in your budget, we HIGHLY recommend going to "nourish eatery"!)

We were personally a bit confused about not seeing the actual host that we communicated with on booking.com. hence the check-in process was a bit confusing/ unorganized (as well as the payment...we just gave the money to a family member upon departure as we did not have any info) since the host was not there. Only on our second day we were asked for the passports for the check-in, and were told that we could use the bikes - which would've been helpful on the first day of our arrival in Hoi An. Everything else was wonderful, though.

I liked how secluded the place were. Within the old neighborhood where everyone knows each other and send each other fruits some times haha. Also the lady host, Lam was super helpful and attentive when I needed a ride from the airport to the homestay and to Da Nang town after. I think it's within expectations given the price offered. Remember to prepare cash for payment unless you have Vietnamese bank account.

Well it is a homestay so means it's somebody's house. It was a bit rundown compared to the pictures shown. When I was shown to my room, I walked past the tenant's family spaces which look like family's house, if you know what I mean. Maybe the cleanliness around the house could've been improved. That's all. **But everyone was very sweet and kind including the children and grandparents.

Very good

The room had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the free drinking water in our room. Being able to watch films on the television was also a great bonus. The Old Town was a 15 minute walk away and there were bicycles to rent if needed as well. Although we had very little interaction with the family, they were very warm and friendly!

Very nice home stay family

Very nice family and welcome to me:) They are very kind , helped me a lot :) Room also clearn and very comfortable;) Close to the city center so I can walk and also can use bicycle. Daffinally I will come back!!!

Good location - walking distance to anywhere in the old city, comfortable (the beds are really really comfortable and everything is clean), really nice hosts and great value for money!
