Very good

Everything about the hotel from check in to check out was excellent. Staff were very friendly, kept us informed about our room and we were able to check in early. Our room was of great standard and beds were very comfortable. There are many great options for breakfast and everything was really delicious. Staff in the restaurant were constantly checking on us throughout breakfast and were offering us different options. We were made feel very welcome and had a very pleasant stay.

Windows could be cleaned. TV could be smart so we can connect to Netflix. Alarm clock and hairdryer could be of better standard. The biggest let down for this hotel is its location. The half finished buildings and run down sidewalks give a feel of a zombie town and lack of decent restaurant options are very off putting.

I am quite satisfied and happy to stay in this hotel

The view of my room was sea view and a part of Halong city (the bridge, the cable car, the port). Quite an excellent view during the day and at night. Room facilities are excelent, sitting, writing table The breakfast & the restaurant are excellent

What can be improved on the restaurant windows that are facing the sea, are adding of transparant rollers to protect the hard rise of the morning sun, to allow window sittings more comfortable.

Best breakfast in wyndham halong

Our room was upgraded to big and better, complementary. The lady trang on the reception was extremely helpful. Check in was smooth. Breakfast was awesome and as we are from India we got many dishes according to our taste. The view from our balcony was great. Overall very happy with the stay. Wyndham rocks....

Very good

Very nice, clean and comfortable.

The lights were way too dim and there were no night lights. It was also very strange that a housekeeping staff just walked into our room at 8:30 am even though there was a Do not Disturb sign outside the door. It was quite a shock for us to have this female walk into our room unannounced.
