Would book again!

We booked a room with a spa tub and it was amazing! The staff was courteous and professional. Check out at noon was also excellent, didn't have to rush at all.

Breakfast served a little later - guests traveling for pleasure don't want that early just to receive the accomodation.

Other than the door situation everything was ok they could change up the breakfast menu a little.

Convience if being close to familys homes

I didnt like the doors entry. With a wheelchair it was not easy getting spouse up over the lip of the door trying to lift 165 pounds was not easy

Bath tub had hair all in it,wifi wouldnt work half the time and i have stayed at this location multiple times different seasons and the pool has never been open, breakfest is mediocre if i could get a room cheaper without pool access,breakfest,or wifi i would do it.

Have stayed numerous times in the past but was very disappointed this time.

Room was clean.

We paid for a spa tub room, and the spa tub didn't work. Also, there was marijuana aroma right out side the entry door, and when I reported that to the front desk, she didn't seem to care. Very poor lighting in the room. They also have removed the whirlpool in the pool area.

The breakfast was excellent and the person serving it was a pleasure.

The woman who checked us in was condescending. Would have been better if the jacuzzi tub was set up to face the television.

Exceptional

The staff was very nice and accomadating. The hotel room was tidy and clean. Having an in-house bar was nice to relax in after a long day. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

No fault of the hotel's but our room was in the back hallway which was pretty noisy with people coming and going at all hours of the night.

My toilet barely flushed an I asked for a plunger an the housekeeping gave me the nastiest plunger ever but it helped so the toilet my only complaint lol.
