    Bad Location, it is outside CBD and NO any cafe , resturant and supermarket in hotel surrondings ... NO table queen rooms except a stool beside bed.

    Ill stay there again when I visit Christchurch.
    In is close to Hagley park. The staffs are friendly. Mini kitchen, washing machines.
    A few times they forgot to put a bath mat. ( But I stayed there alone and had enough towels there, so that was not a problem)

    Stay was great, room is clean and comfortable. Front desk wasnt friendly at all.
    The place is clean. Theres the cafe upon entrance which is good if you want to just chilled with light meal and coffee/tea. The location is superb too as its just walking distance to go anywhere.
    The staff at front desk mostly are not friendly nor helpful when we asked few questions. We even heard your front desk staff gossiping about customer that was before us mentioning their race. Was quite disappointed as review in booking.com was great but when I looked at google review, mostly mentioned the same on the front desk staff. The cleaning staff are great and friendly.
