Lovely place

Modern and clean

No matches to light the stove! Also comms re payment came from different email address so went into my junk folder, would be easier if all comms and payment through booking.com so only one platform. Key code access info a bit later than was convenient, had to chase.

Great, quiet place to stay

Was home from home. Everything you would need for a stay away from home. Comfy beds, clean and tidy. Quiet location.

Cooking smell throughout, needed a bit of an airing. Was clean but attention to detail clean needed e.g. cutlery tray had crumbs and bits in, toilet upstairs had a bit of a wee smell. Odd bits in draws and cupboards like coins and paint. Bits of food left over personally I dont like that others may think its handy, personal choice. Just minor bits but wouldnt stop me from staying again

Good for Chester Zoo and a quiet location.

The estate was lovely and park was a bonus for the children. Kitchen was great.

No heating downstairs, even after following instructions to put it on. There was a significant drop in temperature when you walked downstairs. More seating is needed in the lounge if it is offered as 6 person accommodation.

Excellent stay all round. Fantastic location for our weekend in the North West and a much cheaper alternative to Liverpool or Manchester. Property was clean, modern and had everything that we needed. Mark, the landlord, was excellent at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. Would highly recommend :)
