The good out weighed the bad

Breakfast was good. Hotel location was great to get to family home and Church, etc.

We were not off to a good start, were not greeted by front desk in an acceptable decent manner and we started to leave and go to another hotel. I said hello and she didn't even acknowledge it, just asked me for my ID and CC. I asked how was her Thanksgiving and she very nasty said, she didn't celebrate Thanksgiving. As she gave me back my cards and gave me my and smiled slightly and went on to help the other 2 family members. We only stayed because we had booked with a 3rd party. When my family member asked a question she responded in a normal manner that she should have. Upon leaving the next morning, the reception from 2 other staff reception persons was wonderful.

Butter was blended, not real butter We are very conscious of ingredients in food. We didn't eat the eggs because we don't know if they were fresh eggs or processed with preservatives. We don't eat process food.

Proximity to destinations and area. Front desk attendants at check and check out were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for a late checkout and they explained the process and I was able to be accommodated. Excellent customer service.

The door to room was hard to open. I expressed to front desk attendant.
