The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The guy who checked us in and also was responsible at breakfast was unfriendly, unprofessional, unreasonable and rude. He did not explain anything at the check in as others do, and he sounded unfriendly and as if we bothered him to be there! In the morning, He had an attitude and stopped us from having breakfast because it was two minutes to seven and breakfast started at 7!! We had a flight to catch and I just wanted to take a coffee and a muffin for the way. I am a Hilton member and I had paid for breakfast to be included in the room. I told him that three times but he didnt believe me! He didnt even check the computer!! And he was really rude in his way of stopping us! This was bizarre! I travel a lot for business and leisure all around the nation and the world and this was the first time Ever that something like this happened to me. I hope he goes through serious training to learn his job and what being a host entails if the hotel decides to keep him! If he hates people so much, he should not work in a people related job! The lady and the gentleman at the front desk this morning were sweet, polite and helpful.

This property is very clean with spacious rooms. This hotel is located in a great area with stores and restaurants in walking distance.

The hot water for the shower did not get hot enough.

Service was slow. Expected better

Good breakfast.

They appeared to be short staffed. Check-in was slow. Supposedly the servers were down. We were given a large bag with linens, pillows and a blanket for the sofa bed to carry to our room. First time I have ever had to do that in any hotel. At check out I asked for a receipt and she said she would email it to me and hurried me on my way. Havent seen it yet 36 hours later, Breakfast was good but served poorly. My husbands meal came out within 5 minutes of placing his order. My breakfast waited at the window for several minutes until we could get the attention of the lone server to see if it was mine.
