West Mead cottage was beautifully furnished and decorated. Everything was of a high standard. It was superclean, warm and comfortable, a peaceful place to relax and unwind.

Only 1 hand towel provided, (2 bath towels) The quilt cover looked lovely but the material was not comfortable, rather scratchy. The email sent on the night of my arrival reminding me the 50 charge should i fail to check out on time was unnecessary, blunt and not the most pleasant of welcomes.

Lovely rural location. Easy to find with the directions supplied by the host. Private and not over looked. Just a half hour drive from central Liverpool.

It's under the Liverpool Airport landing flight path, but not particularly noticeable.

Area was lovely and peaceful, property was clean and cosy. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Facilities in property were more than adequate. Horses on the property were so friendly. Great experience overall.

Told on the day of arrival that a part was needed for jacuzzi rather than beforehand so only half the jets were working on it.

Our stay was just lovely and we were really lucky with beautiful weather that made the accommodation and its picturesque

The property was lovely and really well laid out. The pictures shared give a true reflection of the property and its sizing, perfect for 2 people. The hot tub was exceptionally well maintained and clean, it was set to the perfect temperature too! Directions provided were very good and the location was very secluded and owners have set up really well for full privacy.

Smallest thing (and fully appreciate it is self catering), they provided a pod coffee machine but there was no sugar and we didnt realise until after wed been the shops (which there were great directions to!) had we booked to stay longer than the one night we would have gone back out but didnt see the point once wed realised.
