Unwelcoming and distinct lack of hospitality. Made to pay upfront for a lack lustre room. Nowhere for residents to relax.

Relaxing stay with great food and wonderful staff.
Very friendly, helpful staff always with a smile. Cosy hotel with a good sized room with all the amenities needed. Had a lovely meal on New Years Eve and the food was really delicious. The staff are there all the time making sure your dining experience is just how you want it to be. Breakfast the following morning was equally as good and freshly cooked with lots of choice.
Cant really fault the Inn apart from as we were leaving a family arrived for breakfast with a large Alsatian dog. I dont think dogs should be allowed in dining areas and wouldnt have felt comfortable if I had still been eating.

warmly welcomed, well fed in a very friendly atmosphere throughout/
Room was comfortable and very clean, with all facilities provides. Easy access to car park and pub facilities. Breakfast was excellent, and the evening meals also excellent, and all was very nicely served by friendly staff. Will certainly use again when next holidaying in the earea.

warm friendly pub, good food comfortable well prepared and equipped Room
A lovely warm welcome on a very very wet horrible evening. The accommodation was spotlessly clean warm an well presented. The evening meal, Food and drinks were all served and presented beautifully and all excellent quality. The breakfast again well presented and enjoyable and relaxed, no rush to get us moved out.
The only thing we didn't like was being charged a different rate to what the confirmation email quoted
