Fabulous break

The room was superb. Very clean and had all the facilities needed. Coffee machine etc. Breakfast was amazing. There was a wedding on so the buffet was only for the guests but we got table service breakfast and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We didnt get to sample the spa but it is on our list as we will be re-booking.

Everything was fantastic from checking in to checking out. Access to gym and pool were high standard.. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic also.

Disappointing

Was going to book next year for my business Christmas party for my staff but this wont be happening

Charge for car park I dont think acceptable although didnt have to pay thankfully because the barrier was broken. You us to have buffet style breakfast but that has now gone and changed the prebookable time slot and slow menu choice service and poor cold full English.

The whole experience unfortunately at high cost for 1 night

The whole experience was magical. Never been to a spa or had a massage or stayed over in a hotel so exquisit, it met all my expectations I loved every minute, and the massage was so worth it ill defo be going back. X
