small, but beautiful Hotel with amazing staff

its a very small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, but you realise that youre in a special place If you face a difficulty, this was the case for me and all staff went out of their way to be of assistance to me.

We liked the stay there so much, we came back a week later again during our travels around the region. We booked the same type of room, yet we got smaller one but with balcony and a window in the bathroom. If you are on the ground floor, you have more space inside, on the first floor you get balcony but smaller room as such. See more details in my previous review.

- the most comfy bed we have experienced in long time - spacious cozy room - a bottle of water every day - delicious breakfast - nice pool, only water was really cold - good water pressure - hot water in the shower - clean room

- we were there in time of the lantern festival and a receptionist wasn't able to provide us with more information on where and when we can watch releasing of sky lanterns - staff has lower command of English

Reliable, comfortable, stylish. I have had two 5* visits and ready to return

Facilities in my suite are clean, reliable, comfortable and cool. Shower powerful and hot as you like. Bath is wonderful. Free water every day and room cleaned. Bed really comfortable and the location is quiet at night. Black out curtains work really well and staff helpful on reception. Restaurant staff also nice, friendly, food portions good. I only ate breakfast and it was good.

No lift. Pool a bit small.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate. The a/c was welcoming after a day out. "Oil" on the front desk could not do enough to help. The owner is a pleasant individual always willing to help.

The door closers cannot be adjusted and slam shut loudly. The room is small. There is some road noise and car doors slam in the early hours with tourists taking to their tours. Some neighbours were noisy on occasion requiring intervention by us at 4am. The immediate neighborhood is scruffy with very uneven pavements.

Nice small hotel with good bed

The staff was amazing and helpful. Maybe some might need to practice their english a bit but we managed without any problem. Room was nice, bed comfortable and quiet location. Breakfast and coffee were also nice! Nice bathroom with all facilities necessary.

Nothing really. Maybe they could upgrade their airconditioning unit but it worked without any issues. We were just very spoiled with a brand new aircon unit at the previous apartment.

The staff was super friendly, we Just felt welcomed from day one. The Hotel is perfect located, you have a calm area But you can also reach the Center of the town within 5 - 10 minutes. Super clean room and und if the weather is Good you can enjoy the Pool.

No cocktails at the pool. But Maybe because it wasnt high season and it is Not worth it to Open the bar then, so that was no Big Problem.
