New Year getaway

Hotel was central for everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean & it was very quiet along the corridor, even at night. Didn't have breakfast at hotel but it looked good & plentiful.

Room was very warm, even when we turned the heating down. Shouldn't complain really as the temperature was in the minuses outside!

Horrible experience.. unprofessional service.. careless manager

Location.. And the receptionist who did the check in to us was so nice and decent and well spoken..

The checkin was great when we arrived on the 29th Dec at night but when we checked in, we discovered that the rooms were tiny.. unlike presented pictures on the web site. So I paid for an upgrade for our rooms and I gently asked Sophia who checked us in to include breakfast if possible.. and she said its not feasible however I can try to ask her supervisor the following day in the morning. The following day, I met this lady called Lina who when I asked gently to include breakfast as a courtesy since we paid for an upgrade, her exact words were as follows: This is a 2 star hotel and you should know what youre getting before booking I thought this shouldnt be a proper way to talk to a guest and when I asked for her manager, no one wanted to give me his personal number but they only gave me his email. Unfortunately I sent him twice to call me or respond to my email, but he didnt contact me. I waited for him during my checkout as they said he should be working 1st of Jan, but till 2 pm he didnt show up and again I left my number to the receptionist but he didnt bother to call back.

The room was clean and comfortable. Reasonable breakfast for the price payed.

The room was quite small but lets say I was expecting that. What was surprising was the bathroom which is really,really small and the shower as well.

Great location. The room is small, for one person it's fine. There is a large lobby where you can sit.

The bed was uncomfortable. In addition, even though there were curtains, it was not possible to completely darken the room, and light entered the room at night.

Would definitely book again

Very nice room if you are travelling solo. I would not be able to share this room with someone else as it is far too small for 2 people. I dont know if there are bigger rooms but the standard room is just about enough room for 1 person and does the job The hotel as a whole is very nice and has a large reception and downstairs area to chill out and very big restaurant. The location is just almost perfect.

There was nothing I would say I did not like about the hotel. Everything was just enough. Personally if I was staying in a hotel for more than 2 nights and with my girlfriend, I wouldnt choose this one solely because of the size of the rooms. But for myself it is a really decent and very good value

Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic location, close to the metro link, nice restaurants, bars & everything you need! We also hired bikes from the hotel which was a great added extra (instead of having to find another company). Self check-in was nice and easy, but staff were on hand if needed - all really warm & welcoming! Overall, we had a great stay!

Our room wasnt cleaned in the 3 nights we were there (not sure whether this is normal or not) we were fine with our towels & bedding but could have done with toilet rolls etc
