Everything basic available. Nothing extra or above & beyond! Even late checkout denied

Decent Size room with kitchenette.

The property is a little dated, the bathroom door was hard to open, AC had issues. Generally didn't feel like welcomed! No major complaints though!

Centrally located to Pearl Harbor and to the cruise ship pier

Didn't think we got a good value for our money. There were less expensive places to stay that were in the same vicinity.

Superb

Great location and facilities, large room

Great location next to Hilton Hawaiian Village, so easy access to HHV's lagoon and beach. Free hula show on Fridays followed by fireworks. There's a convenience store, a couple of cafes, poke and ice cream shops on the ground floor as well as a restaurant on level 30 with great views. Our room was Berry spacious and had a kitchen which was a bonus.

Very noisy air conditioner in our room.

Perfect Location

This resort was perfect. We arrived from a 16 day cruise and took the local bus. We arrived at 8:30 Am and although we were advised they could hold our luggage we were surprised by being able to check into our room right away. This was a big bonus. The room was basically a nice studio with full kitchen facilities. On Friday night they had a little show followed by the fireworks. The location of the hotel is perfect especially if you want to get around by public transport as the bus stop is right outside. We used this to travel all around the island. to get to excursion locations.

Very difficult to find the check in counter. There are no signs to assist you in finding the hotel once you walk into the lobby. Also the person who checked me in was trying to give me a room I didn't reserve and I had to ask for the one I had reserved and he wasn't very friendly or helpful with explaining parking or how to find the room.

Great experience!

The pools were very nice, I liked the shallow pool with the sun chairs in the water! It was awesome having a coffee shop, convenience store, ice cream and restaurants all on site!
