Most amenities were closed and had to ask staff for access. Kids lounge room was closed.

Shady Customer Service and poor communication

Clean

Customer service and communications as I've tried for weeks to arrange them a room for wedding night, but they gave me wahtsapp of the girl and she have her personal photos on and saw my messages but never responded back to my messages and in the end nothing happened. The guy at the reception was trying to upgrade my room but asked to give him cash so he won't charge for room upgrade - won't expect this kind of service from a big hotel so shocking, all I can say!
