The staff are inviting their own rules. Like not carrying the luggage or even keeping it at their hotel.

The worst attitude ever. The hotel provides zero hospitality manners

Great place to stay in for a good value either youre travelling for leisure, business or even for a long stay.

The location is perfect, staff very friendly & helpful, cleanliness & rooms fully equipped (studio with a fully equipped kitchenette). Quiet & relaxing, good variety of breakfast options.

The only disadvantage was the construction in the street , which is not the hotel fault only our bad luck

A home away from home

I love this hotel so much, it is my home in Jeddah. It is very clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. the housekeeping team are wonderful people. Cleanliness and comfort are the first thing you notice in the hotel. The breakfast is very healthy and has good options. It used to be better but it is still good.
