    The hotel itself was in a great location and was clean and modern.
    The young lady serving at the bar was lovely and helpful!
    The woman who checked us in was extremely unfriendly. I believe the same woman also served us breakfast the next morning, and she was extremely inflexible. I asked for my egg to be scrambled instead of poached, and she said she was unable to make a change. Seemed like a simple request.
