    Amazing place, enjoyed the pool very much. The caretaker there was super friendly, helped us with welcome drinks and made Tea. The place had a good rustic vibe and enjoyed our stay there. Had a supermarket nearby for all the needs.
    Just a FYI, there's only one bathroom! So keep that in mind.

    absolutely superb, from booking to checking out. 5 stars. super professional
    the property is idyllic. It is meticulously maintained. Its in a peaceful location, set back from the main road up a hill. If you enjoy walking and soaking up new sights and sounds, galle town centre is a good 1 hour walk. a tuktuk, readily available will take 10 minutes. the same applies to the beach. The staff from initial booking to checking out were superb. Lots of communication via WhatsApp, which I found to be very helpful as it was my first time in Sri Lanka. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone, from the solo traveller, to a family group. I was treated with the utmost respect throughout my stay. I suppose I have to be honest in my review, and the only negative would be if you have walking difficulties, the hill is rather steep. But Im sure if you mentioned this when booking, a staff member would be on hand to assist with such problems. Over all, a beautiful property, lots of wildlife to observe, unbelievable staff, perfect location. It does not get much better than this in my opinion, for the price!

    When I discovered the Villa on Booking I knew I had to book it and coudnt wait to go there. This place is absolutely superb. The interieur and the garden is very nice and quite. Lots of birds to see..the pool is the most fantastic. The staff and manager are absolutely helpful and kind. The place has everything you can wish for. We got refreshments and fresh coconuts, got tips for eating out, help with taxis and so on. We felt very very much looked after. I wish I can come back on day again. Thank you for having us.

    It was an amazing experience
    The villa itself was quite comfortable and vintage. We actually loved the wood crafting skills. Almost every surface is handmade and lets you feel in medieval ages. The staff was respectful and polite. Villa was clean and food was clean too. (You must pick your restaurants and hotels according to. Most of the places are not sensitive about hygiene) Special thanks to the villa manager Dinesh. He was so entertaining and helpful. (He helped us a lot, especially about the local transportations and travel tips. If it wasn't for him, we could not see that many essential places) Accommodation was enjoyable. Villa: 10/10 Pool: 9/10 Food: 10/10 Dinesh: 100/10

    Lovely villa with good facilities, the host welcomed our feedback regarding his presence.
    The property had good facilities including a private pool and kitchen facilities. All requests were fulfilled by the host.
    There was no AC in the living/dining areas. The property was not completely finished upon the agreed check in time and we were not told that the host/chef lived on site and would be present during our stay.
