Perfect location and very friendly staff

Situated in a perfect location close to the walkway down to Sunset Beach. Very close to restaurants, supermarket and the bus stop which took us into Dubrovnik Old Town. Anita was very friendly and helpful.

We were situated on the second floor only accessible by stairs.

Great apartment hotel, very convenient for a visit to Dubrovnik

Great "hotel" at about 3 kilometers of the old center. Easy drive by bus (2 euro) to the entrance of the old city. It is an apartment hotel, the size of my room was great. Close to a boulevard with great dining options.

Environment (apart from the boulevard) is okay, but nothing more. Breakfast is in a nearby hotel. The quality of that does not 100% fit the level of Villa Filaus. Okay, but nothing more than that

Convenient, modern stay in Dubrovnik

Great location for someone traveling with a car, could take bus into the old town. Dry close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and bars. Room was very spacious and modern with coffee machine and some English speaking channels. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A lovely relaxing break

We had one of the top floor apartments which was lovely and spacious. Breakfast at a nearby hotel was very good. The bus into the old town stops at the top of the road and is very convenient and economical.

We had an amazing stay in Dubrovnik, and it all started with our wonderful experience at Villa Filaus. Anita, who checked us in, went above and beyond to provide us with valuable information about the city. Her warm welcome set the tone for our entire trip. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. It was not only beautifully designed but also impeccably clean. We couldn't find a single fault during our stay. The attention to detail was evident, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Dubrovnik, and Villa Filaus exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

A totally relaxing break in a charming Villa perfectly located for our needs.

Convenient location to visit Old Town on local bus and just a short promenade walk to beach and restaurants.Loved the period style of the Villa and the feel of luxury with quality fixtures and fittings.Anita on reception desk was extremely helpful and attentive.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location.

Location and facilities were great. We wanted to stay close to the beach as we have two young kids. Its really easy to take a taxi to the city centre . Anita was really nice as well. Being able to use the pool at Hotel More was amazing.

So satisfied!

Everything was exceptional, we loved the villa! Clean and huge rooms. Also the private parking area was so secure which was important for us! Anita is the most amazing and kind person weve ever met. She helped us with everything and got us the best insider tips. We even extended our stay for 1 more night.
