Disappointing

definitely should have stayed elsewhere!!!!!!

- they said it was private but people came in while we had breakfast on deck asking if its a restaurant - aircons all for servicing all red lights / not cooling AT ALL we had to sleep semi naked to deal with the heat - absolutely not worth the money - cleaning lady comes in unannounced signalling for us to get out despite prior agreements to extend check out time - dog (one of two large retrievers) came into the house unleashed and barked hard at my kids - staff not communicating among themselves at our expense (late checkout agreed upon prior but resulted in a woman coming in unnannounced was highly aggravating) one of them was particularly unhelpful

Topviews over Lake Como

We stayed 4 nights at the villa. We enjoyed the fantastic views, the park and the location is top with several terraces overlooking the lake! We didnt feel the price/quality was in balance. Older equipment, outdated furniture, elevator was broke, aircos failed last day, the manager did lots of effort to solve issues and helped us out with restaurants so topservice from him. We believe the owners of the villa need to invest to update the villa!
