Good

The location is very central and close to many things to see in Miami. It's in a nice area away from the hustle and bustle. The villa is small but fine and tastefully furnished. Small defects where fixed immediately and the communication with the host worked perfectly. If something needs to be done, she is quickly on site and takes care of it.

Directly on the main street and therefore not so quite as we usualy prefer it. If the door and all windows are closed, you don't hear something inside of the villa, but if you like to enjoy the outside area, it's maybe not the right location. There are other villas in this building which would be better. Also the issue already mentioned in the comments about the pool room (missing door) disturbed us because we like to sit ouside.

Fair For An Overnight Stay

Nice interior, comfortable furniture and good appliances but very slow kettle. Large TV with good choice of channels.

Constant noise from pool pump house outside our door as had no door on it. Pool green and cloudy on arrival so unusable for several days. Rubbish left by main entrance gate all week. Courtyard area dirty. Slow running hot water to bath. Cramped shower with damaged door seal causing wet floor. Nowhere to hang washing. Ill - fitting cupboards downstairs and kitchen. Next to main road with regular, very noisy exhaust pipe sounds, as seems common throughout Florida. Therefore, on the whole, we felt it was overpriced for what we received.
