Favourite hotel in Munich

Superior quality of service, hospitality and food ! Absolutely amazing Christmas time!

The rooms a tad bit small and could have been bigger for that price. Also I did visit their suits and dont believe they have been recently renovated- they dont fully live up to the standard I expect from the four seasons.

Fabulous!! Wonderful birthday weekend.

Absolutely everything!! Friendly staff, rooms are adorable and spacious, wide variety for breakfast, very close to the city centre. We loved everything about our stay.

mixed feeling. they could do better in being friendly and effective

mixed feelings about this hotel. location is excellent. i also liked the lobby. and the entrance with its Christmas's decoration.

Lobby staff aggresive unpolite and incompetent. on our first visit to the lobby area i had to complain to the manager. on our second try no table was available no one seemed to care to assist us. staff in general polite so i dont understand how they manage to do so bad in the lobby bar. we chose the cheapest room to be honest. expected a city view. our room was facing an internal shaft full of equipment. better to keep the curtains closed. rooms too small and decoration totally uninteresting. so mixed feelings. they could be better to justify 5 stars

Charming hotel in high end shopping area

The hotel is lovely, the lobby has a nice atmosphere and is perfect for an afternoon tea. The staff was very nice and helped me every way they could after my flight kept being cancelled. Some of the reviews mentioned the room was a bit small, I feel the pictures actually dont do the room justice, the room was lovely, it was not extremely spacious but this is a city hotel and it had all the comforts I expected from a Kempinski. A special thank you to the concierge who organised alternative travel arrangements at the last minute.

The hotel was definitely busy especially with all the flight cancellations, it was difficult to find space to sit in the lobby at times and there was a bit of a queue at reception. It was also impossible to call the hotel directly outside of normal hours - which I realise is now the same for all big chains - you just end up calling a service number for reservations. I miss the old days of being able to call and speak to reception easily.
