Very nice Christmas holiday.

Friendly staff, comfy beds and relaxing Sauna and pool.

Smoking outside the main door always had a bad smell when entering or leaving the hotel.

Disappointing

Good location and walkable to town.

Three of the four of us were very unwell from food poisoning during our stay. The staff were helpful in bringing us needed items when required but it did take a very long time - I am not sure they took the illness seriously, we also suspect it was because of the buffet breakfast that caused the food poisoning. They were very evasive when we asked if anyone else was unwell. It may not have been from the hotel but the discussion seemed awkward.

Very good

- Great location at the Ringstrasse so it was very close to the centre, the Stadtpark and the best sightseeing spots - Rooms are nice and spacious - the tram leaves right in front of the hotel - many restaurants and bars nearby - I recommend the cheesecakes, they are delicious and served in quite big slices

- Parking is quite expensive inside a very narrow parking garage and one evening I barely found a parking spot because the garage was already pretty full - the food is too expensive imo, for example two Eggs Benedict in the Garden Cafe are 19 Euros and taste great but are nothing out of the ordinary to justify this price tag - room service could be better, overall rather slow (it took 40 minutes to bring one cappuccino) and one time they only brought half of the order
