They charged me 30 EUR extra for garage. The funny thing is that I didnt ask neither used a car. I realized that later so be careful once they issue the invoice as they might charge extra for no reason

I made a reservation at this hotel. When I arrived, I was told to pay 400 as a guarantee. This was not communicated to me when I made the reservation. After I left the hotel, I was told that the money will automatically enter my bank account after a day or two of work. Two weeks have passed and I have not received that money back. I called the hotel and was told that someone would call me to solve this problem. They passed 5 days since I called and until now no one has called me to tell me what happened to that money and how this problem can be solved. Now I try to call and no one answers my phone.

Great hotel but crazy spa opening hours.

Almost everything.

The spa doesnt open until after checkout. Ive had this a couple of times in my life, but find it utterly bizarre. Unless its a ski hotel, where people go to the spa late afternoon, every other time youd have a swim before / after breakfast. The spa was one of the reasons for booking it. Im sure it says the opening hours in the booking, but its fair to assume it would be open when most people would use it.
