It was okay but not excellent.

We liked the quiet rooms, the good cleaning of the rooms, and curtains which allowed darkness, and therefore good sleeping ability. We liked the pool. Waki was exceptional in her help to us, she even paid from her own account to help us order a grab taxi when we were in trouble, thank you so much.

The restaurant was really poor. On two occasions we ordered stir fry beef, noodles and vegetables. They arrived in a very thick unpleasant sauce which was not described on the menu. When we clearly did not eat any of these dishes, the waiting staff did not ask us why, or try to remedy this. Other items on the menu were also poor, eg the salad. The breakfast was also mediocre especially for the cost. We only ate in the restaurant when we absolutely had to because of flight arrangements.

For this price you can have a better choice. Also so far away from MRT I have to climb a mountain.

House keeper and door man are all very friendly.

Light too strong it hurts my eyes in the bathroom impossible to do makeup as well. and the shower/bath is bad not convenient to use at all. Carpet and air conditioner fan very dirty I can see dust flying.

Comfortable Stay Near Orchard Road

Comfortable and clean. A short walk from Orchard Road MRT. Friendly staff upgraded us and helped us to check in early. We had a great stay - this hotel is excellent value for this price-range.

They have lost my business forever.

The staff were unhelpful and rude. It turns out that we had booked through Booking.com for the wrong night. The front desk would not even entertain honoring the booking even though they had already been paid and had available rooms. They were dismissive and basically said it was our loss to eat since we had made the mistake. I get that we made the mistake but they did not offer us a discount to stay another night or make any effort to help us resolve the situation. It felt like they pocketed the money and looked down on us for booking via a third party website. It was really poorly handled.
