Superb

Really enjoyed every minute.

The staff are great, really friendly and accommodating. The room was very good and we got a good breakfast which set us up nicely for the day. The location is ideal, central, close to the train station, metro, bars, restaurants, meeting point for walking tours, hope on bus tour - basically everything we wanted to see and do. Also hotel staff were really good at getting back to our email queries before the stay, when we arrived the helped us with information and arranged a discounted taxi service to the airport.

Exceptional location, worth it.

Pros- The best location in Porto town, right on the square, next to the City Hall. The room had a balcony and was on top floor so really had a great view. Staff was exceptional- so helpful and respectful.

Cons-would have been good to have a tea kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Bathroom was clean and nice, but bit old design with white tiles.

The breakfast is really worst, little choice and no good. Terrible. It do not worth with the price.

Provide more good choice and raise up the quality and quantity of the breakfast.

Great hotel staff, great hotel, in a great location!

The staff were so amazing and nice! Really welcoming. And upgraded our room just because. Great location, for a great price. And we booked the night before, so even more satisfied with the last minute accommodations.

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The location is excellent. Rooms require renovation. The bathroom is great. The breakfast could be more varied, especially the salty part of the breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

The stay was lovely, staff was friendly, liked everything except the dump smell in bedroom.

The staff was friendly, the room looked good, the location was superb, i wished for a nice bath in autumn weather and had made a request during booking, that was provided by the hotel, so that was also nice.

There was an unpleasant smell to the room, like old dump smell, also our room was below the breakfast area and as soon as people started moving chairs it was unbearable noise to be in that room below. Also the rooms have not been updated for a long time apparently because there are no outlets to charge your phone or PC in a comfortable space, just if you unplug the fridge or a lamp.
