Location and area of the Hotel is in the heart of the city center. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, the family room was very good.

There was a kettle with tea bags in the room however provision of coffee would make it better.

This lack of customer care overshadowed the hotels only redeeming feature: its central location.

At Hotel Internacional in Porto, our expectations were significantly let down, especially considering the price. The bathrooms sliding door was so difficult to operate that it was practically unusable for children. The breakfast was underwhelming for its price range, notably lacking daily bacon for the scrambled eggs, a feature wed expect even in a hostel. To our dismay, we discovered online that we paid 50% more than the current rate. When addressed, the receptions response was dismissive, citing flexible rates, bad luck for you with no attempt to resolve our dissatisfaction.

Location great. Staff Spot on.

Room was very dated, no heating working, floor collapsing dangerously on entry to bathroom. Breakfast ok but awful coffee and juices were just water based squash. just generally pretty unpleasant. Staff did as much as possible given the state of things.

The location relative to everything of interest for the tourist. The buffer breakfast was abundant and acceptable, though the coffee needs improvement as the juices.

Very small room which was not soundproofed and lack of bidet.

Very nice hotel in the heart of historic Porto. The hotel is cozy and really boutique! Clean, comfortable, great shower and very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly.
