Very good

Nice and clean hotel to stay for visiting Sanchi Stupa.

Helpful, reliable and friendly staff. Room was clean, spacious, and comfort. It is located near Sanchi Stupa (3 Km away and 5 mins by auto). Hotel resturant provides good foods with reasonable price.

Breakfast was limited.

Beautiful place. Staff needs better training.

Its a new property. Very beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Ample parking space. Security of car is taken care of. Facilities provided are good standard. Breakfast buffet wasnt laid out as there were very few guests but that wasnt a problem as they gave us enough choices and the quality was good.

We had booked a room through booking.com with breakfast included but they charged for it. On my pointing out the mistake the boy on the front desk said it was not a mistake. I wanted to speak to his supervisor but he said he is the supervisor which he obviously wasnt. It took an argument for him to call a manger in a black suit who was not courteous enough to even speak to us. I didnt pay until they resolved the matter but they could have done all this without wasting as much time as they did and being efficient about it.

Landscaping, surrounding, facilities

Less number of lifts especially no lifts at adjoining building . This could be constraint for bulk booking during marriage season. Food taste and quality required improvement.
