Nice overnight stay

Location is superb, close to Metro, located directly on the Mariahilf street. Rooms are comfortable enough. Family room is well equipped.

Defects in the equipment (poorly fixed tiles on the floor), it was not possible to pay with a payment card (cash only). We did not miss, but there is no AC device.

Top location if you're on a budget and willing to compromise a bit

The location is brilliant, most of the attractions were super close. Our room was clean and the staff was also friendly.

The mattress and the pillows were way too soft so these definitely need an upgrade. There was some sewer smell from the bathroom (not sure if it was the sink or the toilet).

I didn't like anything. The hotel was awful. t never like hotel's photo which at booking Web.

There is like nothing. Never, it don't deserve this money. t was not clean, firstly. And the rooms are bad. t so small and no confor. The bed was very dirty. t was awful. Even, I am not saying their towel..they were Black with dirt.

Disappointing

Poor quality, many issues.

The location is good, next to a Subway station and many good cafes and shops.

Many many issues with the room. The wifi wasn't working. On the second day I complained and the guy at reception didn't know what to do. I ended up insisting that he share the hotel's private wifi, which was hardly reaching my room and kept disconnecting. One of the heaters could not be turned off, it was missing its handle. So the room was way too hot and I had to crack the windows open which was very noisy because the hotel is in a commercial street. The bed is very low quality. There's a TV but it's not connected to anything ,- zombie tv! There's a fridge in the cabinet but it can't be opened because it hits the cabinet front. So weird! Why put a fridge there that can't be used??? The overall cleanliness and state of the room was pretty ok at best. Finally - on the first morning there I woke up the heavy construction outside at 07'30. Directly under my window! The whole room was shaking, I couldn't even be there and had to leave fast because of the noise. They did finish the work in one day though. Overall very bad experience! The staff were friendly though.
