Very good

Very spacious, clean room and big bathroom. Comfortable bed, water provided and coffee available downstairs. Twenty minutes walk from the railway station and ten minutes from the town centre. Would definitely recommend this small hotel. Very good value for money

Budget accommodation close to amenities

Everything good. Reasonably priced close to many restaurants and bars. Hot water and instant coffee available at the entrance/lobby.

The attached cafe wasnt open in the morning.

Helpful and welcoming. Comfortable stay, tidy and clean, non smoking. The bed cover was clean but perhaps the inner was a bit stale and should be laundered more often. The staff communicated well and hostess was exceptional in her response and assistance in solving a transport mishap which was entirely someone else's problem. Thank you.

Disappointing

Comfortable Room, Poor Customer Service

The room was nice, comfortable and had a good view.

Customer service skills need improving. I had to wait in an empty cafe for c. 20 minutes before someone showed up to check me in. My presence on site felt like a burden to the lady who did end up checking me in - I was not welcomed. The locks on the bedroom door are poor and I required assistance to get it to work when going out, this again was a frustration to the staff member onsite. The location is far from town/train station.
